myTrimet.com is a labor of love. I ride TriMet every day. That's why I created this site. It's designed to display real-time TriMet arrival info for the bus, MAX, WES, and Portland Street Car on your iPhone or Android using minimal bandwidth, so it loads fast and updates frequently. (Works on other devices too like your desktop or Blackberry!)
How myTrimet.com Works
MyTrimet.com works by monitoring two stops, one in the morning, and one in the afternoon. It switches between the two stops automatically, depending on the time of day.
The first time you run myTrimet.com, it will ask you for:
- Your morning route (e.g. '31-King Rd')
- Your general direction of travel (e.g. 'To Portland' or 'To Estacada')
- The name of your stop (you select from a list of stops along your route)
You repeat the process for your afternoon route. Once you set your stops, myTrimet.com will remember your routes. When you touch the myTrimet icon on your iPhone home screen, myTrimet.com will instantly display arrivals, with updates every 10 seconds!

Remember to add myTrimet to your iPhone homescreen by pressing the '+' sign, then choose 'Add to Home Screen'. That will place this icon on your home screen.
